M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) / Pharma / Up to SGD 5,500!

A leading company specializing in modular pharmaceutical facilities is seeking a site-based M&E RTO. You will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical and electrical installations meet design specifications, local codes, and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervision: Oversee installations of HVAC, fire protection, piping, and electrical systems.
• Compliance: Ensure work meets SCDF, PUB, and NEA codes. Assist with FSC and TOP submissions.
• Quality: Conduct site checks and witness SAT, TAB, and functional tests.
• Coordination: Resolve on-site conflicts by working with design teams and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Must be a Registered M&E RTO with BCA Singapore.
• Experience: At least 15 years of site experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or GMP projects.
• Skills: Proficient in reading M&E drawings. Knowledge of SCDF, PUB, and NEA processes is a must.
• Bonus: Experience with BIM viewers, Navisworks, or GMP validation support is a plus.
