Job Description:
- To attend all necessary meeting with clients or subcontractors during various stages of the project.
- Receives instructions from construction managers and distribute to subcontractor accordingly. The engineers shall take charge of day-to-day running and coordination of all site works, inspection and include testing and commissioning.
- To prepare detailed design and engineering of entire Electrical system.
- Carry out resources planning and control of materials, tools and equipment ordered and delivered.
- To ensure cost control, maintain project timeline and manage manpower resources for the project.
- To attend to site progress meeting and site technical issues and report to Construction Manager.
- Will be the frontline contact with Civil and SWCs’ representatives on site.
- Monitor daily site progress and update programme on the site progress report.
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Handle and resolve technical and engineering problems.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.
- The Electrical Engineer shall have minimum of Five (5) years engineering experience after tertiary education with at least Three (3) years relevant experience in commercial mixed development projects of a similar size and complexity.
