Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week

Salary Range: $2,500 – $4,500

Manage electrical projects to ensure full compliance with specifications, safety standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
Read and interpret design schematics, drawings, and technical documents for accurate execution of works.
Plan and manage resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Supervise and lead the site team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as required.
Conduct inspections and functional testing of electrical systems and equipment to verify quality and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and implement effective corrective measures.
Monitor daily site activities, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Conduct safety briefings, enforce safe work practices, and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.
Oversee procurement, stock control, and inventory management of electrical materials and equipment.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
Drive continual improvement in project execution, team competencies, and operational efficiency.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in electrical supervision or project handling.
Strong leadership, supervisory, and project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations, autocad drawing skills
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
