About the Role

Join us as a Field Service Engineer where you’ll provide technical support and customer service for specialized medical equipment. This role offers training, hands-on exposure, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Act as main contact for Neurology products (EEG, EMG, MEB).
• Support customers with service issues and projects.
• Provide training and guidance on equipment use and maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales/product teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain records and ensure timely response to enquiries.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Related experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic IT knowledge (networking, Windows server, Active Directory).
• Willing to be on standby after hours/weekends.
