Marketing Assistant (6 Months - Maternity Cover)

• Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover), start in Oct
• Location: Suntec City
• Salary: $3100

Job scope:

• Maintain and update product information into system, sales sheet and Salsify etc
• Samples Management & Lifestyle photo shooting
• Assist product managers to follow up on coding extension / Collateral matrix/ Sales sheets of product line from Europe/US/China to Asia.
• Work on merchandising jobs, coordinate with different parties.
• Administrative support – arrange shipments / submission of invoices etc
• Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of information maintenance and reports
• Handle collateral matrix and artwork development.
• Arrange sample shooting schedule systematically and independently and coordinate with photographer and give them clear guidance on how to shoot sample. Also share the photo with markets

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Internship or prior exposure to marketing projects is an advantage
