About Us

Wonderful Bapsang is a modern casual Korean restaurant newly opening at Suntec City in October 2025. We are committed to bringing authentic Korean flavors in a vibrant, customer-friendly dining environment. As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our opening team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback effectively.
• Monitor daily sales, POS records, and prepare operational reports.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Support marketing campaigns, menu launches, and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate with headquarters and other departments (HR, Finance, Marketing).

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B management or supervisory roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine or prior Korean restaurant experience will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per roster.

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week (including weekends and shifts)
• Location: Suntec City, Singapore
• Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
