Key Responsibilities
- Promote and Sell Electric Vehicles: Deliver a first-rate customer experience by effectively demonstrating the unique features and benefits of electric vehicles.
- Customer Service: Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a representative of both the company brand and 1826's dining experience, ensuring all customer interactions embody our commitment to quality and innovation.
- Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product developments and the evolving dining offerings at 1826.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions, and provide feedback on customer trends and demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business and Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, trends, and customer preferences.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and an interest in the dining industry are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
