[HIRING] Chef de Partie – TONSHOU (Tras Street)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at TONSHOU Tanjong Pagar.

Position: Chef de Partie
Location: Suntec City
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company standards
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff and trainees
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (SFA compliance)
• Monitor inventory and assist in stock control

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in F&B
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Team player with leadership skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
