TRADE FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

The Trade Finance Executive will work closely with the Operations, Finance Department with job scope including but not limited to the following:

• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) related matters such as
  • Liaise with suppliers and buyers to confirm LC clauses according to contract/deal recap.
  • Liaise with bankers for LC issuance and ensure the accuracy.
  • Handle amendment, negotiation and follow up on acceptance
• Prepare invoice/debit/credit notes, confirm it with relevant parties and submit for approval
• Handle all the outgoing payments.
• Handle company internal fund transfer between banks and place FD as per instructed.
• Assist in data entries for derivate transactions, trade/non-trade invoices as well as payments and receipts etc
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• 3 years of trade finance experience in Oil & Gas industry
• A degree or higher qualification is required.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
• Possess multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or with a short notice period.
