Singapore College of Insurance Ltd (SCI) is a not-for-profit professional training and educational institution established in 1974, serving as Singapore's premier insurance education provider for nearly 50 years. The college offers comprehensive insurance and financial planning certificates, diplomas, and advanced diplomas including Diploma in Life Insurance (DLI), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®/S), and Certification in General Insurance (CGI). SCI administers MAS regulatory examinations and provides specialized training in risk management, ESG, and health insurance fraud management. With international partnerships including CII, The American College, and Glasgow Caledonian University, SCI has won Asia Insurance Industry Educational Service Provider of the Year multiple times (1997, 2001, 2007, 2016, 2018, 2022).
