Don’t even try their trials. Try as you may to cancel, they’ll keep charging you.
Had to contact customer support month after month to get their charges refunded and to cancel the plan.

Yes very scam company. I cancel my yearly subscription due to low usage. To my surprise, there is a cancellation fee of $120. Stupid and scam company. Pls be upfront about the cancellation for subscription. Very sneaky. When search about subscription cancellation, it provides all information about how to cancel but DID NOT MENTION about cancellation fee till you click on Cancel my plan and shocked by the huge cancellation fee. Not going to use Adobe anymore. Stupid company

scam company. I cancel subscription and they continue to bill me, despite me writing in formal emails and talking to their customer online helpdesk. they refund me, then charge me again sneakily, without informing me.
I write in and talk to online helpdesk for over 2hrs and they said they only canceled 1 plan, i bought 2 of the same plan on the same date. Once i cancelled the subcription i had no access to it at all, which means ive unsubscribed. but yet i still have to pay for a service that i do not have access/subscription for. how does once subscribe to 2 of the same plan at once??
instead of admitting their wrongdoings, they ask me to buy their 12months package, refusing to give me a refund for their own scamming. while upselling, continue to scam me by misleading me with the package deals, and when i ask for the details and their lies about the package beig "cheaper" is revealed, they just ignore and say they're giving me special rates out of "good will" when its actually the same price.
when cancelling subscription, basically you will pay for 1 extra month. eg you use for 2 months, try to unsubscribe and theyll charge you 3mths subscription and cancellation fee
good luck talking to the virtual helpdesk people. they probably hiring secondary sch kids who couldnt be bothered for a cheap part time job, people who have terrible communication and terrible clarity in explaining. the staff even left the chat halfway.

BEWARE! I don't usually give bad review unless it is really getting into my nerve! This is the worst company I ever deal with! Lousy customer service support and do not ever use your credit/debit card to purchase their software online! they will double debit and debit with no reason! I have a very bad experience in getting someone from them to settle this for me. Empty promises to call back , instead keep sending me emails that they tried to call multiple times but fail to get me! Best , recent emails said my case still open i can use other sources to settle! They just keep sending auto-responses to your open case of my problem without someone really looking at it to solve the issue! I cannot believe in this era we are still experiencing such lousy bad support from a reputable company!

Very shady subscription process. Nowhere in the sign up process is a 50% cancellation fee (of the annual value) stated if you cancel before the end of the subscription plan.
With no links or mentions on the checkout page to let me know what I'm getting into, I needed customer service to send me the link to the LEGAL page to find out there was a cancellation policy on my purchase. It's already a stretch to expect your customers to read through your entire legal page to understand their subscription terms, but to bury the legal page and these terms deep within your website?
Please Adobe, there are better ways to gain your customer's trust and hard earned money.
