Dear Astons Management,
I have always held Astons in high regard due to the quality of your food and overall dining experience. However, I regret to inform you that my recent visit was deeply disappointing.
I was served chicken that was unfortunately undercooked. I brought this to the attention of one of the managers on duty (an older gentleman), but he did not offer any explanation or acknowledgment of the issue, and simply replaced the dish. Regrettably, the replacement was also undercooked.
A younger manager subsequently approached me, provided an explanation, and offered a refund, which I sincerely appreciate.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it contributes to upholding the high standards Astons is known for, and to prevent similar experiences for future patrons.

Service was good. We had a happy server popping by to check in. The ribeye was a bit thin- so the medium made it a bit dry. Tenderloin was good at medium rare. I think medium rare is probably a better texture. For me at least. Other folks might prefer a well done cook. The sides were ok.

Astons has always been a consistent purveyor of decent western food for a reasonable price, and the Suntec outlet delivers it, which explains it's snaking queues most is the time. Luckily, there was no queue when my wife and I arrived before 7pm on a Friday evening. My wife had a char grilled chicken with baked potatoes and garden vegetables, while I had a double up chicken (both char grilled) with mashed potatoes and garden vegetables. The chicken thighs were thick and generous - none of the flattened shenanigans you see at food court western stalls. They were also juicy and char grilled nicely. The servers accommodated our requests to serve all sauces and condiments on the side. Also had a root beer float which was very tasty as well.
Total came up to $36.60 (ordered via QR code and paid in the website).
Would definitely come again if craving for comfort western food and if the queues are crazy.

Aston’s is always an option when thinking about Western Food!
Service is good. Atmosphere is perfect. Great for a meet-up with colleagues or friends or even a family meal!
Get the chicken here! It’s the best they have.
Some may even say one of the best out there. I had the Fiery chicken and Hickory Chicken.

Forgot to take pic of the cheeseburger.. cheeseburger is very salty. But big portion. Prime Ribeye is nicely done. Tender. It’s value for money.

Food was good for its price point. The time for them to serve on the table was remarkable short. It took less than 10 min from the order sent to receiving the food. Not to mention, it was during lunch time. Kudos to the service crew. 🥳🥳🎉🎉

Ordered the Club steak and Double Up chicken. Both are delicious. Crispy potato wedges!All the staff are friendly and helpful. Have eaten here before. The food taste is quite consistent. We love Aston's!

Nice outlet for your western food craves. This outlet has been around for ages and generally still provides good service and quality food. Non peak period is easy to get a seat with fast turn around of food arrival upon ordering.

Many people said it was cost effective restaurant, so I came here, but it was hard to find the place because Suntec city mall was too big.
Fortunately, there was no waiting at the time I visited, but I saw the waiting queue when I finished dinner.
My family ordered steak, hamburger, bread and beer, and I’m satisfied that we had a steak at a reasonable price, although it’s not a very special taste.
It’s a bit hassle that I have to repeat the payment through QR every time order an additional drink or beer.

To get here: from promenade station enter suntec city and take the escalator down and then turn right. It’s just right there.
Food is good as per usual :)
