Rude staff. I didn’t notice the inconspicuously placed no photography sign and took a photo to show my friend the exchange rate so he could decide if he wants to change. Staff instructed me to delete my photo which I complied. He then rudely told me “not to do such things” insinuating that I did it deliberately. Will no longer patronise no matter how good the rate is

Massive scam and poor rates. Tried to change 1sgd to 20000 dong when other exchanges were offering 20470 at the time of writing

Exchange rate on the board is not the same as rate quoted verbally. This is so wrong and unethical. The man simply shows a notice saying he will quote lower rate for anything below SGD300. That means no regulation or check and balance. The authorities should look into this practice.

Non friendly Exchange. We were looking to change buy USD100 in 20s or less. But they refused to sell, stating not enough. But I could see the stack of 20s, $5 and 1s he was waving in his hand 🤦🏻‍♂️. I’d suggest caution when you buy/sell with them.

Please don't come before 11 am. Was here from 10 to 10.30 am. Closed. Walked all the way from Millennia for nothing.

father was shortchanged. didn’t receive correct amount. changed 6000+ rm, only received 4000+ rm. didn’t check amount as he was in a rush. do watch out and verify the amount they give u.

If I can give 0 stars I would. The TV display showed Sgd to HKD 5.76, I asked to exchange Sgd 100, the counter staff said the rate is for sgd300 and above only. He offered 5.60 LOL. Beware of the cut throat money changer, and by all means don't waste your time coming here.

Extremely rude money changer. I will rather change elsewhere. The rates are average, they have a convenient location and hence I guess that’s why people change money with them. Very very rude and will never return. Do yourself a favour and just walk less than 5 minutes to Raffles City (outside Esplanade MRT) and change with Clifford Gems & Money Exchange instead. The guy there was so much nicer and rate was better as well. Truly never going back to the one at Suntec. Judge the rest of the reviews on your own - it takes a lot to actively come out to write a bad review.

Bad experience with them. Saw the rate on the board for 22.102 Thai Baht and when I told them I wanted to change S$150, they told me minimum is S$300 to enjoy 22.10 and for S$150 the rate is 21.50. So dishonest for them to do this. Very upset with them, I went up to HKI International Exchange and got my money changed without any problem at 22.10.

Rate is reasonable but didn’t get to exchange. Walked all the way to withdraw $$$ & they just closed earlier than stated when reached there at 7.45pm. Very very unfriendly too!
