the staff there were incredibly helpful and assisted me greatly in making choices. i can see their passion in driving the establishment forwards, their hard work has not gone unnoticed and i greatly enjoyed my time
there. i was able to make some excellent purchases, especially with the help of recommendations from one of their staff, rachel, who allowed me to experience the best of cotton on. the customer service was sublime, and their dedication towards ensuring the best possible experience for their customers is truly heartwarming. i highly recommend you visit this branch for some truly next level customer service.

For selection, this is a pretty good store. Keep your eyes out for sale items! Many times there are good bargains for everyday tees and shirts and more, starting at $7 per item and up.
On this visit I picked up a couple of essential tees (not on sale). The cotton is so soft and cozy! Two for $20, men's tees. Very nice.
I agree with another reviewer, however, that being asked to donate to some charity when you are concluding your purchase is an unpleasant experience. Besides, where is the proof the money even goes to helping people? Kind of a turn off.
I get away from it, though, because I always say I have my own charity I work with, as I think most of us do, donating time and/or money to causes that are close to our heart, rather than close to a cash register.
With all that, I would still shop here. Employees are told by a corporate office what they must say/do, so it isn't their fault about asking for donations all the time.

Large Store, Poor Service...
I’ve shopped at this store multiple times and while they offer quite a selection of clothing, the staff members are rude and not so friendly. I understand if your job can be tough but their attitude shows that they could really care less about their customers. Not to mention there is rarely anyone working at the cashier so you're stuck waiting in line waiting for someone up to 10 minutes just to pay for your clothes. At the end of the day you are taking time out of your day to shop at their store, the least they can do is give their best effort to satisfy their customers. Quite disappointing indeed...

Store manager arbitrarily decide not to accept one of my suntec voucher despite it still being a valid voucher with three more months to expiry. Granted, the piece of voucher looks beaten up because it was inside the wallet for quite some time. But I walked over to another shop and they accepted it without so much a second look. Wouldn't shop here again because of such a rude and random attitude from the store manager.
