Nice Taiwanese hotpot restaurant. The dim lighting and soothing Chinese instrumental music makes the place relaxing for dining. However there are occasional loud conversations or large group so expect moderate noise levels. Service by staff is acceptable, could be more prompt and friendly though. The good install is fresh and tasty. The main drawback is the type of soup bases available, or lack of. They do not have the more typical soup types like pork bones or chicken base soup. The pricing overall is also higher than the competitors like HDL.

Staff was attentive and efficient. There are many varieties of food, but it's quite pricey. The soup base was acceptable but won't be craving to revisit. The food was fresh. The braised pork rice is not too salty. you can give it a try. Their milk tea not too sweet, and the bubble is chewy. At the end of the meal, they served complimentary beancurd and coconut shots.

Way better service than the Jewel branch! Here, we had a dedicated waiter attending to our table throughout—felt almost like HaiDiLao. The place is also more spacious, with a nice cozy vibe and well-designed interiors. The ingredients were fresh, especially the marbled beef and crispy beancurd rolls. Loved the soup base—it was rich and comforting, with a good balance of mushrooms and truffles flavors. Would definitely come back to this outlet again!

Coucou Hotpot‧Brew Tea @ Suntec City offers a unique hotpot dining experience with a modern, almost nightclub-like ambiance. It felt quite dark upon entering, but the lighting at the table was surprisingly well-designed, creating a cozy and private dining space. The soup bases were rich and flavorful, with high-quality ingredients included. The hotpot items were beautifully presented, and everything tasted fresh. The Beef Trio Platter was a highlight for us. Service was attentive, and the little surprises, like the complimentary palate cleanser halfway through the meal and free ice cream at the end, were nice touches. However, the appetizer/condiment bar was a bit disappointing. It was often in need of replenishment during peak hours, and the selection was somewhat limited. The space was also quite cramped, with many customers waiting for condiments. That said, the all-you-can-eat rice and Taiwanese braised pork belly were a great addition. Our table of four spent $320, which felt reasonable given the quality of ingredients and overall experience.

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Andrew, Henry, and the team for their impeccable service on 25th August during dinner. I shared that I wanted to plan a bridesmaid’s proposal, and they executed it seamlessly from start to finish. My girls were surprised, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how everything turned out. The food, as always, was outstanding — fresh, high-quality ingredients and consistently delicious. Hotpot paired with bubble tea is simply unbeatable! Truly a memorable experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

Fantastic experience. Dined here for the third time last Friday with my parents and a few close friends. We had dinner in a private room, spacious and comfortable. Food was great. We had the triple pot so we could choose 3 broths. Everything was excellent as was the service. Free palate cleanser, free fruits and appetizers, as well as coconut ice cream. I usually order the bubble tea for takeaway but I was too full on that day!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was really happy to enjoy Taiwanese hotpot in Taiwan. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff were very polite, and the service was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, and we ordered a level 2 spicy mala hotpot along with a pork tripe hotpot. The soup base was rich with ingredients, and the spiciness of the mala broth was not too strong, making it perfect for us. They even provided complimentary fruit. Throughout the meal, the staff regularly served drinks, and there was ice cream offered after the meal. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience dining at CouCou Hotpot! The service was excellent — Henry were super attentive, friendly, and always ready to help without being intrusive! The ingredients were fresh and the soup was flavourful. Henry also made sure our hotpot was always topped up and always attentive to us. Overall, a very enjoyable meal with great service to match. Definitely a place I’d return to and recommend to friends and family!

Second visit was much better. So upgrade my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Still feel this place is pricey. Drinks are nice though. ** Very nice ambience with lots of privacy for each table. Abit hard to get the service staff’s attention. Soup was a bit mild in taste (compared to the super tasty soups in many places). Overall, an enjoyable experience but not the best hotpot in town.
