Very disappointed with my experience at Cow Play Cow Moo. I saw a Toy Story figure clearly labeled at $99.90. I even asked a staff member to confirm the price, and they told me, “Whatever is on the tag, that’s the price.” But when I came back later to buy it, the scanner showed $329.90 instead. The same staff just said, “The system price is the real price. The tag is wrong.” This is misleading and feels like a scam to customers. Why display a fake price and give false information? We felt completely cheated. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. This kind of pricing error and attitude shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

Revised Review: Cow Play Cow Moo offers fun games and exciting prizes, but the ticket requirements for redeeming items are way too high. While the atmosphere is lively and prizes like One Piece cards and Hello Kitty items are tempting, the ticket-to-reward ratio feels discouraging.

DO NOT GO HERE TO PLAY!! My family and I came here to play the arcade games as a fun experience. We were expecting to win quite a few prizes, as we had bought an expensive bundle (worth around S$100) worth of credits to our member card since a staff member said it was worth the price. However, when we redeemed tokens for the claw machines, we only managed to catch 1 prize on a small LABUBU claw machine, after using 210 credits from our card. Most of the other machines were rigged, as they had a very loose grip. A lot of the prizes were Pop Mart blind boxes, and some machines could only be played by tapping the card instead of inserting tokens. Additionally, after catching a prize, some machines did not allow us to collect it immediately. Instead, we had to ask a certain staff member (who was apparently the only staff member who was supposed to manage claw machines) to unlock the machine to claim the prize. This arcade should change the redemption system for claw machine prizes to have any staff member assist a customer at any part of the arcade instead of only 1-2 per section of the arcade (i.e. topping up cards, ticket-winning games, prize claiming at the counter, etc.). Additionally, at the ticket-winning games, there are still games that have a decent chance of getting the jackpot, but even with 10,000 tickets from those machines, the only prizes you can redeem with that amount are small keychains or blind boxes at the counter. Most of the prizes are worth 30k-200k tickets, and even with a large bundle pack of credits in our card, we barely manged to get 35k tickets. All of the prizes are locked behind a door, and there is only one staff member who can help unlock the door and exchange the tickets. When we ran out of credits to play and wanted to redeem prizes, we wanted to redeem a LABUBU blind box, but none of them had a label for how much they were worth. So, we asked the staff member to help us, but she said that if it is not labelled, it can't be redeemable yet. We were very mad, since they had the prizes and we had the tickets, but we couldn't even get a prize that we wanted. The staff told us to redeem other prizes downstairs (there is another CPCM at B1), and we found a LABUBU worth 34k tickets with a label. When we wanted to redeem it, the other staff member from downstairs told us that since it wasn't in the system, we couldn't redeem it. At this point, we were pissed. We weren't coming back to Suntec soon, so we just bought random snacks with the rest of our tickets. This was a very disappointing experience. After watching other people play these games, we know that it wasn't just us that had these same exact problems. We also noticed that the claw machines were very expensive-10 credits per play. Please do not come here unless you want to waste all your time and money.

Played this game with my wife for like 30+ out of 28 failures on the mentioned game instructions to aim for the Stich plushie on this machine only and already told the staff about this. But the staff is unfriendly and said cannot. Telling us that she cannot do anything. Also, she's selective of her customers and when we approached her for help her face turned black and even refused to even help us out. Just killed our mood and spent so much money just to get this kind of experience. Really bad service and utter disappointment. Never again coming to this place anymore.

Very disappointed first experience here, me and my friends came to celebrate a birthday, ended up being a total disaster. Winning tickets in large amounts take ages to complete, and machines are almost ALWAYS broken and require staff assistance for physical tickets. Worst part is without a member card shredding tickets is impossible. Never coming here, games suck too as most are just coin pusher games that steal your money.

I could give 0 star if there's a choice. One of the staff has been very dishonest which really put me off. We (my partner and I) won a medallion box in one of the game. Instead of offered us the prize, he went to pick another lower value item and offered us that when he realised there's only last one left in the display shelf. We did end up insist to have the medallion then only he gave us what we deserved. I will never go back there again, really terrible experience.

Great place to destress, earn tickets and exchange for prizes! My all-time favourite arcade to play in Singapore. My top game is Bounce Fireball to play in this CPCM. There are also many other games that are fun.We have been regulars, coming here every week

Totally the worst CPCM. When we at the counter for topping up, the staff was shouting non-stop. We asked the staff how does the Lucky Draw works as we have been trying to figure out since the previous Lucky Draw and she was like “ read the receipt yourself “. If i understood, i didnt have to ask? Next, we went to play this machine where there were boxes with rockets and booster packs. When we finished playing, we scanned the QR code for help and waited for 20 minutes. Suddenly, the system ask “Is your problem solved?”, which is the usual after someone attends to you, but NO ONE CAME TO ME. I had to request a second time. This time, i waited for another 20 minutes and took a screenshot when i was the next customer ( look at attached photo, i took queue at 344pm and ss it at 403pm ). It got cancelled again but still no one came. I then went to the top up counter and ask if anyone will attend to me and showed the prove that i was 1st customer and now i had to retake queue for the third time and still had no one attending to me. The guy at the counter said “Sorry please just wait he will come he will come”. I asked but I requested 3 times and no one came, will his system still reflect that i need help? He just repeated “He will come just wait”. I got really annoyed and say okay I wait. I went back to the machine, waited for another 10 minutes. Still, no one came. So I approached a guy fixing a machine nearby and begged him to help me because i waited for really too long and explained to him the situation. He then ask me to give him 5 mins. He did not returned, till i went to him and stared at him then he came to me and was like “ sorry ah “. So i said “no problem, thanks for attending to me” He then proceeded to help me. Lastly, the ticket counting counter broke down so many times and only had 2/8 counters available. There were tons of people trying to count their tickets. I scanned the QR to reflect that the machine was not working, but no one came still. So i gave up and just queued for a long time to put my tickets.
