Was served on 1st Oct evening by a very friendly senior associate (did not know the aunty’s name) who are quite patient and not pushy eventhough i asked her to bring many shoes and size. She even recommended me to use vouchers as it is more value for money. Very satisfied - please send my gratitude to her 👍🏻 the shoes of course it’s super comfortable

Bought a pair of these on offer online but got a size too big. Informed Ecco and they got back to me really quickly, letting me know the Concept Store at Suntec had the size I needed.
Headed down and it was the fastest, most fuss free exchange ever. In and out in less than 5 min!
Plus these shoes are incredibly comfy right out of the box. No breaking in required!

Went to the suntec store today at 2pm with the intention to purchase a pair of sneaker. The staffs one male and one female both wearing glasses were busy playing their phone instead of serving. What an experience

Love the brand, as always. And had kept patronising the outlet previously. However guess today is my last time visiting this outlet. Not sure I should see the auntie's bitter face after I paid, or receive both's playing deaf and blind when I said thank you after changing the shoe size the next day.

Store doesn't have the styles listed on the website. Total waste of time coming all the way to the store to try it on. Staff did not even try to help me get what I needed, and kept insisting that it wasn't the season for boots anymore (because apparently it never rains in Singapore after February). Terribly disappointed, I expected better service for the price of their shoes. On the upside, I saved myself $300+ from not buying anything today.

Since the closure of ECCO outlet at city hall I have not been able find a another ECCO store carrying updated items of shoes and other goods. Yesterday, I was at ECCO's Suntec city outlet and was surprised to find a good collection of women's shoes. Most importantly, I was impressed with the customer service and a special reference to Ms Kin, she was just amazing and awesome. A very polite lady with good customer relations. I called the store on the previous day to ask if they had certain models. She was very kind enough to answer my call took down the item numbers and had saved my details. When I was there I was quite surprised to see her remembering the call I made and she served me with all the items I asked for. She also suggested that she could arrange to send home the preferred colours if they were not available in the store.Very pleased to see the store carrying new models during this covid period. Above all was impressed with the staff going that extra mile to serve the customers with care and attention. My heartfelt thanks to Ms Kin and I appreciate her detailed attention to my queries. The best feature was to guide me to use the ATOME app during the purchase. An app which I had never used before. She was quite tech savvy and got me to download the app and helped me obtain the discount which came with the app. Good on you Ms Kin, my best wishes to you and thank you!

Bought my first pair of Ecco shoes here. One month of heavy use and I must say that these are some of the best shoes I've ever worn. I'm flat-footed but the Ecco insoles paired with the shoes make me feel like I'm working in my sneakers. I came back to leave a 5 star review because one of the staff here - Mei Leng, was absolutely stellar and 90 percent responsible for convincing me to take the leap with Ecco.
Singapore's customer service generally sucks and that's no secret to most of you actually taking the time to read this review. But this lady knows her stuff and has rekindled my faith in physical retail experiences. Great shoes, great service, thanks Ecco and thank you Mei Leng.
