Had a great dining experience at Genki Sushi in Suntec City with my kid! 🍣 The service was fast and friendly, and the sushi was fresh and delicious. Genki Sushi never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and served quickly — love the fun conveyor belt delivery system that adds an interactive touch to the dining experience. The menu has a wide variety, from classic sushi rolls to creative seasonal items, and everything is well-priced for the quality.
Service is efficient and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. It’s a great spot for a casual meal with friends or a quick solo bite.

Had a really underwhelming dining experience at this outlet. The staff were inattentive and seemed disinterested throughout our visit, which made it difficult to get any assistance when needed. To make matters worse, one of the sushi plates that arrived was visibly dirty and stained, not what you'd expect from a place serving raw food.
The food quality was also disappointing. The spicy salmon gunkan had barely any filling mostly just rice. The soft shell crab was over fried to the point of being dry and tough. Definitely not worth the price comparing to few years back. With better alternatives around, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Crowded as usual but a good place for Sashimi craving. Great variety and thumbs up to the service staff for serving me another slice of sashimi as they inform me they miss out a slice for me even when i thought im done. Seats are place very close to other diners. It’s an eat and go place.

Had dinner here a few nights ago and found our experience to be quite average.
After getting seated we took a look at the menu and ordered all dishes in one go. The green tea took 15 minutes to arrive while the first food took like 20+ minutes to come out. It took so long to the point that we asked the staff when our first dishes would be coming out.
All the food we ordered was of average quality and nothing too special about it.
We are not quite sure how they have the high rating that they have, but we are happy we tried it.
