I was looking for a pair of pants which I purchased and would like to repeat my purchase. Chloe is so helpful and resourceful in helping me to find the last piece online! I bought it on the spot ! She even guided me on joining the membership to enjoy further 10% discount. She is such a gem!

It was my first visit to this outlet. The staff - Chloe , Yvonne and another colleague were extremely patient, professional and helpful. They were helpful when l raised queries & offered good fashion tips. Kudos to the team for great teamwork. :)

Of all the gg5 outlets, the staff here have the best service and smile. Always courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Even though this is further to where I stay in the east, I would gladly travel here for the excellent service!
