Took the Michelin Hainanese Chix rice. The price was reasonable and the taste was good. Kangkong sambal was also not bad. Will try their other stuff next time.

simply put, the chicken rice here is only above average, thereās really nothing great about it, i donāt understand all the reviews raving about this. there are much better chicken rice options out there and locals should know better. donāt fall for this āthai-styleā chicken rice hype, thereās really nothing much to it. even the chilli was very average tasting and thereās nothing special about it. if you want your chicken rice fix, you can dine here but just donāt go having high expectations.

Came here pretty hyped because a good friend said it was her favourite chicken rice ever, so it was a downer when it wasn't the best I've ever had.
Decent chicken rice, but it was a pity that the temperature of both the chicken and the rice wasn't high enough ā felt a little lukewarm. Ordered a half chicken and an omelette, and what stood out the most was the sour sauce that came with the omelette. Would've preferred a piping hot meal, but instead the meal (apart from the omelette and soup) felt rather room-temperature :(
Was offered a free drink per Google review but we decided to try the food first before reviewing and declined the offer. Leaving this as an honest review!

Service isn't that great. We came at 9 pm they said they are closing so order at the counter. In similar restaurants it's not a norm going to counter to order.
Staff was rushing everything, when eating multiple times they came to take off stuff like plates to clear. We asked for a sauce refill in the container but they forgot we had to keep asking. The Thai lady said they are closing so taking long. It's just very annoying you're eating and staff keeps on coming to clean.
After meal we were just talking , staff rushed us out that they need to clean. While there are still other guests sitting at other table.
Food is good. Chicken is good. Prawn roll was very good. Chap chye is good.

Ordered their signature Thai hainanese chicken rice, but quite disappointing for a bib gourmand Michelin. Rice not fragrant and chicken does not taste nice. Sauce not to my taste. Overall not a good chicken rice.

Anyone who misses Thai-style chicken rice should come here. Great service and a nice atmosphere.
