Reena is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She takes time to understand my financial needs and proposes solutions that is within my budget. If certain plans are not required at my current stage in life, she will even discourage me from taking them up. She also proactively sends regular updates on my investment plans and the general market outlook. Wei Da is someone who is committed to everything that he does and strive to achieve. He is committed in helping his clients and those around him understand which insurance products are suitable for their needs and the importance of being financially secured and independent. During my entire discussion with him regarding which insurance coverage is suitable for my needs, he was patient, genuine, and professional. Additionally, he is very well-versed in the different insurance products available. I was previously from another FA company and the guidance provided there cannot compare to here. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful, and are happy to see you succeed. The culture here is not that of employer-and-employees, but rather like that of a family: if a family member is in trouble, the rest will come to help you out even if they might not necessarily have any monetary gain from helping you.
