The administrative personnel is very irresponsible. We scheduled a dancing trial on Sunday 1245pm and had made all necessary plans to rearrange our 3yo's nap time. When we arrived the dance school at 1240pm, the administrative personnel said there is no class today because the instructors are out for competition. We were not informed of the cancellation of this trial. I'm pretty sure the competition date is already set way before I scheduled the trial. If so, the dance school should have the responsibility to inform me? The administrative personnel even shirked the responsibility and said she wasn't the one to take down my contact number. But the point is, shouldn't a school have a proper system of records? Terrible school.
