Staff politely asked another couple to move from a 4 person table to a 2-person table to accommodate our 3 person group. Excellent service.
Easy to place order and food was served quite fast. Its fast food..
Portion served exactly as shown in display, as expected, like most Japanese restaurant.
Very reasonable price for portion.

Always my go to place for my katsu cravings. Great food at reasonable prices. So glad that the Unagi series season is back! Visited today later morning, great service by Janice. Keep up the good work and food!

You are missing out this gem if you haven't tried this yet. There's no where else you can get katsu at such an affordable price (<$10 for smaller portions), and the katsu tastes super legit and delicious - fried to perfection! They also give the katsu sauce at your table which pairs so well with the katsu. I tried their salmon and ocra in the katsu batter and it was nice twist to cooking these.
The place isn't too big but the turnover is pretty fast so shouldn't be an issue regarding queueing!

I get it, Sunday lunch is peak hours but that doesnât mean food should magically disappear past holding time & sending it to the wrong table without even a simple âsorryâ? Maybe the absence of service charge explains why the crew didnât feel like serving properly but hey basic service shouldnât be optional!

I got so much things that I purchased and I need to put my things on the bench.but your male staff ask me to take away my things so another customer to seat. That is fine.but did not give me the basket to put my bags and groceries so had to put it on the floor no choice..unhygienic. store is very squeezy and table and chair is minion size. Katsu were hard and dry. Staff isn't smiling nor friendly.

Can get really crowded during dinner time and you may be asked to share tables with other, especially solo, dinners, including seats directly opposite you.
Food took about 15mins to arrive after ordering. Chicken Katsu don tasted very good and it's something I'll come back for.
Some feedback is that the table beside us spilled some soup and some got into the walkway. The staff did not clean up the soup even though the floor wet and slippery. I feel like although the place was crowded, this is a potential safety issue for both staff and customers and should have been prioritised.

Donkatsu is my all time favourite since uni time at Australia where you can find economic and confirm fill up your stomach gao gao.
Wondering around suntec looking for lunch and decided to purchase this meal set, sure will not go wrong and proven right.
Over greedy, shouldn't purchase the set because the katsu alone is big and nice. The pork is big and thick. Crispy and not dry. Japanese rice is always yummy.
The chicken is not bad.
Overall the donkatsu is perfect! And price is not expensive if you purchase the katsu alone.

I tried the katsu don and was disappointed with the meat. The pork cutlet was mostly fatty, oily, and greasy, making it tough to enjoy. The clam soup, however, had a decent amount of clams and was flavorful. The price is reasonable for CBD workers, but unfortunately, the food quality has dropped. I also didnât appreciate the staff constantly wandering around the area, waiting to clean the table as soon as I finished eating. I used to enjoy this place, but after this experience, I wonât be visiting again.

$13 for Mentai Mayo Katsu Don - Regular, Multigrain Rice, half Boiled Egg Combo, Shrimp Ball Miso Soup. The egg yolk is not runny at all. Long queue. Too much onions
