30/8/25 We ordered Premium Red and Tonkatsu ramen. Both tasted good. The spicy level is not so spicy. Portion is small for the price. Yuzu drink was good too. Worth to try.

Ok, I donāt understand why so many people gave such good reviews. Food wise itās just meh, broth is pretty salty, nothing special. But the reason I gave a one star is for the crappy staff, hear me out. We waited over 30mins for our ramen, and itās not a busy day as thereās no queue. And the staff forgot the extras on my ramen I ordered, until I had to remind them twice. They also have a complimentary chicken karaage when you spend more than $65. I asked them about it and they told me itās only for the weekdays and not weekends. Well, guess what, Iām actually literate and petty, so I read the terms and conditions, which says itās only not available on public holidays. So I confronted the staff about it and they budged and gave me the chicken karaage. Iām like cmon, if youāve the audacity to put the promotion on my table, then have the honestly to live up to it. Gotta love the gaslighting staff. Yea, 100% would not recommend, liar liar pants on fire.

The food was pretty good for its price (really recommend the tomato cheese gyoza). The manager, Sam, was jovial and friendly. Had a great experience here overall!

2nd time....Super courteous mgr, efficient svc staff, delicious food, clean, not forgetting expert chefs behind the scenes, cooking up top-notch food for customers day after day. Kudos to both Front -of-the-house and Back -of-the -house. Cheers..will be back

Kiwami (ꄵćæ) means āExtremeā in Japanese, and I was expecting the ramen here to be nothing short of that. Unfortunately, the ramen here did not stand out to me. We had the Premium Tonkotsu Ramen with Egg ($15.90++); despite the pork-bone broth here being milky and smooth, it had a strong porky taste that cut through the savoriness. It was also a bit too oily for my liking. The slices of pork cheek were fatty and tender, but I feel that they could have more aburi char to them as they were lacking that grilled flavour. We also had the Original Mazesoba ($13.90++), which was a dry, mixed ramen that was topped with minced pork and various other ingredients. This was more flavorful than the tonkotsu ramen in my opinion, but the accompanying sauce was rather sour and did not go well with the ramen. They also have 1-for-1 mocktails and highballs, but the Cranberry Lemonade ($4.90++) was not impressive, being merely some cranberry syrup with lemon Sprite. I feel like they could have at least added more syrup! Overall, the decor of the restaurant and service was very good. The food here though, nothing to shout about, but just a decent place if you donāt know what to eat at Suntec and are craving some ramen.

My go-to ramen & gyoza , will literally travel for it. For some reason itās never full, considering that itās so good. Broth is flavourful, gyoza perfectly cooked. The older male staff was so attentive to our needs! Super friendly staffs. Definitely must try in the area.

Friendly and quick service. The mazesoba is very rich and flavourful. The signature ramen dish is also good and flavourful. Personally preferred the richer and more complex flavours of the mazesoba over the ramen.

Ordered Unagi Mazesoba and it is very good. Good value for money. The crew at the counter simply gesture me to a side table where entry into your seating is tight despite having other seats available. Rest of crew members are friendly.

the food was really good and the seating is nice, customer service was top-notch as the guy offered to take our order as we waited for our seat so the food would arrive faster. restaurant decoration is pretty with alcohol bottles around the lights! highly recommend and they even offer non-alcoholic options for drinking

Comforting ramen with rich broth and solid toppings, this place delivers. Just donāt come starvingāthere might be a wait. Highlights: š¬Located on Level 2 of Suntec City Mall ā easy to find, perfect for a casual dinner šRich, flavorful broth ā one of the better ramen broths in Singapore š„Noodles cooked just right with generous pork chashu ā tender, and tasty Things to Note: š„¬Vegetable lovers, take note ā toppings are meat-heavy, minimal greens šPortions lean small ā might not fill bigger appetites āService can be slow during peak hours ā we waited ~25 mins for our ramen after ordering
