Terrible service. It felt like the staff at the smaller store didn’t want to help at all. This was my first time buying from there. I tried purchasing the tickets one by one, thinking I had to pay before opening each one. When I got to the third ticket, the staff asked if it was really my final one—only then did I find out that I could open multiple tickets without paying first. (Provided nobody is behind q-ing)
But the most frustrating part: no one told me that becoming a member was free. I wouldn’t have minded if I only bought a few tickets, but I ended up purchasing 13, and I could’ve saved $10.40 with a free membership. I only found out after noticing the small print. Definitely not going back.

Stop hiring kids that don’t have manners as your staff. Ruining the anime experience for many. Playing kuji there often felt so unwelcome by the staff. Like i giving them extra work.

I visited yesterday and inquired about one of the kuji boards, as the prizes were displayed but the board itself was missing. It was a simple and polite question, but the staff member responded with a frown and an unwelcoming attitude, as though we were bothering her with a silly question. Her tone came off as condescending, and her colleague’s demeanor wasn’t any better.
This interaction was disappointing. If the staff here are unwilling to respond respectfully or even maintain a basic level of courtesy, perhaps a customer-facing role isn’t the right fit. I hope better training is provided to the staff in the future.

If you like this kind of anime stuff then this is your favourite place. Amazing huge variety. The store is quite big. Marvel, saint seiya, naruto, star wars, one piece, robots. I recommend you to go and take a look you won't be disappointed. The staff is also very helpful.

Nice selection of merchandise but be prepared to spend a lot of money as prices here are more expensive than other anime shops.
Their recently expanded section was also more spacious and organized.
The staff at Lashinbang were very friendly.

Probably has one of the best varieties of pbandai and regular releases of gunplas in singapore. The price can be a bit $$ but some could be reasonable. Mind you this comes from a person who frequents japan so I’m too used to MSRP. Good selection of kits and a range of paints too. Also they can be a bit sneaky with the discounts - there was a 20% on non new arrivals last time and I didn’t know about it. Bought only 1 kit in which 20% puts it to near MSRP . If i had known, would have bought a second one 😅
