4 MONTHS after purchase and this is the condition of the ring that I bought from Lee Hwa, a whole diamond is MISSING. They investigated and told me, the ring is out of shape. I’m an office worker, I don’t do any manual labour and I didn’t wear it everyday. I’m still waiting for customer service to get back to me. Just so you are aware. I’m disappointed. (See picture)

Sheau Wei was super helpful with my specific demand and gave us advices on cleaning our jewelry. She also helped us clean and check my diamond ring. Really appreciate how they didn't pressure us to buy more or push for more expensive items, and let me try different earrings. Will definitely be back!
