Very friendly staff! I mobile ordered and I guess they forgot a drink from my order but staff quickly remedied upon me asking. Seat layout is a bit awkward (some seats are in direct sunlight).
Iced green tea is super sweet, would not recommend. Limited edition Cinamoroll cushion is super small as well! Thought it might be bigger.

Dropped by McDonald’s Suntec around 11am and just wanted to highlight the great service I received from Sheryl at the counter.
Despite the pre-lunch crowd starting to build, she was patient, polite, and handled everything with a calm confidence. She repeated my order to make sure everything was correct and even gave a small smile that honestly made my day. It’s not often that fast food service feels personal, but Sheryl made it feel that way.
It was a short interaction, but it left a strong impression. Really appreciated the way she carried herself—hope management sees the value she brings.

Waited 45mins for a mcchicken to come. Such a simple meal take but take so long to prepare. Checked with the staff 3times but all they can say is preparing while other customers after us had finished their meal. Any ISO to handle missed orders????

Arrived here for a short coffee break. When I was there, the crowd was much lesser than expected. Ordered an Iced Latte, barista made. Since there weren't any active orders, my coffee came significantly faster.
The seats were in abundance, which correlated to the lesser crowd. There were two levels, which is why it can accommodate more people. Cleanliness was good, as usual. Overall, a good place to grab a quick bite or meal!

Chicken McCrispy Salt & Pepper is meh! Dry and un-flavourful. Original is better. But even the original also pales in comparison to the 2000s one.
Prosperity double beef burger is superb. Best burger ever.

My mom visited the store on 30 Jun, as she do not know how to use the kiosk machine, so she went to the counter to approach assistance from a staff to get her order. So she call a guy “ah boy”, the guy ignored her, so she called a few times, then the guy turn over and say don’t call me ah boy, call me sir. He was in grey uniform, that’s what my mom recalled. And his attitude was so poor that he just told my mom, now I’m free what you want to order. My mom say it okay, then he use rude tone to tell my mom, now I help you order you say don’t want.
My mom then ask for his name, he show his shirt name tag and say this is my name you go complain lah. But my mom can’t read English, so she left. We then heard about this incident, so we called back the outlet for the name of that guy, his name is Anthony. The person who pick up the call say we can’t file the complaint as the guy who was rude to my mom is the branch manager. Truely disappointed with how McDonald has turn into. Disregard elders for assistance and being unprofessional in his job.

A huge shout-out to the manager of the day (Haikal) and for his team for delivering such an exceptional service on a busy weekend.
Haikal was really friendly and greeted everyone with a smile without fail despite the weekend crowd and that really impressed me a lot since being in a customer service line myself, I understand that it is challenging to work on weekends, let alone being so cheerful yet also attentive to details at the same time.
Everyone else on the team also served with an exceptional service, with huge smiles and proactiveness which I really appreciate a lot.
Please give manager Haikal and his team the recognition that they deserve for their positive energy and impeccable service. ❤️

This branch has been here forever. From as early as 20 years back, the food from this branch has always been mediocre, but you will always be able to find a seat even during peak hours as no one really wants to eat McDonald’s when you are located in the middle of Suntec with many other better options. Appreciate the nostalgic vibes though the food definitely can be improved.

I would like to compliment Guest Relation Officer Haikal for making my visit a gratifying one. He offered me advice to a physical voucher redemption issue when I visited him a week ago. However the advice didn't really work in other branches when I visited. The branches generally didn't want to handle it although they mostly did help in the end. One branch, tradehub21, outright rejected me. I came back to suntec branch again today and Haikal readily aided me with my remaining redemptions. Also he said he would pass word to the next shift manager to assist me as I would be returning again at night. I have wanted to write Haikal a feedback via the mcd app but I just realized I couldn't do so as MCD app now no longer runs on my old android version phone.
I hope the management would read this. Haikal is the best Guest Relation Officer I have come across so far.
