Have been going to Millys for years and remain a happy customer!. Shi Ye and Grace helped me do eyelashes/nails in my reccent visit and they did a wonderful job as usual.

Professional and quality works by the lash technicians. Would highly recommend Grace as she’s always very patient and kind in her services. Booking over WhatsApp is easy, responsive and helpful.

Did my lashes during the 50% off promotion period and it was nice. Duration of service was really short (less than an hour) and turned out good. However I didn't like that there was a lot of hardselling and pushy attitude to get the 2 month package. Was persuaded to purchase the package before and after the service even though I was not keen. The consultation part was also quite short and no recommendations were given. Even worse, after standing firm that I was not going to purchase the package, they did not bother to explain the aftercare and did not give the complimentary spoolie until I asked (it was stated on their Instagram page that it was provided). Is this really how service should be if paying customers do not want to purchase packages? I was really irked at the hardselling attitude and this type of service will affect my decision to come back, albeit the lashes are nice.

This is not my first time doing eyelash extension so I know what to expect and experience here is not up to par to standard lash extension that you pay almost a hundred dollar for. Lashes fell out immediately the next morning when I woke up, and for the next week fell off about half. This is not normal because standard expectation is to have the lashes fall off along with your real lashes after at least 2-3 weeks. The gel wasn't done properly in this case. The staff attended to me also couldn't speak English so she barely could explain anything to me, either choice of lashes or after care.

had quite a lovely experience here! my beautician was anna, who was quite attentive and skilled. I walked in all sweaty cause I ran there, and she immediately brought out the mini fan for me as I plopped onto the bed. my lashes look great too!!! highly recommend the signature v lashes, which are natural: the perfect amount of volume and curl. the interior of the outlet is real pretty too, but I’d prefer if there was music playing. for the price point too, Milly’s could possibly offer a better augmented product in terms of superior service, like (simple suggestion) possibly helping customers touch up their undereye concealer after a lash session, y’know? Nonetheless, the basic product is great.
