Iberico feastboard to share, portion super filling for 4pax (we ended up taking away one of the pork chop)
ribs tender n juicy, pork chop seasoned well and not dry, mac&cheese hits the spot and as usual love the sausages!
indulgence is having meat with root beer float!

I ordered the smaller portion of BBQ pork rib, the size is still quite reasonable for 2 pax! The flavour that I chose was the sweet version, and I love it so much! It is not overwhelming sweet, it is just nice to cover over the saltiness, makes it well balanced. The pork ribs are very soft and easily bite off from the bones. I like their BBQ corn also, it comes with a set with the pork ribs. To make it easier to eat, I use the knife to cut the corn kernel. The sauce they put on the corn is really amazing as well, I think it is a bit of mayonnaise, paprika chilli powder.

If you’re a fan of bold, local flavors and hearty, festive dining, the Shiok Nation Platter ($129) is a must-try this National Day season 🇸🇬🔥
This generous platter brings the heat and the hype to your table — loaded with juicy sambal ribs, smoky panggang chicken, sambal eggs, garlic pilaf rice, crispy keropok, and even grilled pineapple 🍍 Each bite is a burst of spice, smoke, and satisfaction!
Perfect for sharing with family or friends — it’s truly a shiok celebration on a plate ❤️ Highly recommended if you’re craving something uniquely local and super satisfying.

Came for the 1 for 1 pork rib offer. Worth because it’s half the price, if not it’s unaffordable for peasants. $40.90 for a pork rib meal.. that’s like my two weeks worth of lunch money…. Taste wise, strong sweet sauce and the ribs pull apart easily. More tender than your normal pork. Overall, it’s a once in a life time experience for peasants like me, but if you are rich, can consider this over your char siew / Shao Rou.
