Recently purchased a Nike bag from the Suntec store. Enquired about the warranty as to whether it covers the zip. Was informed by the store manager that there is no warranty. I then asked, 'So when I purchase this bag, there isn't any warranty for the bag?', and she replied, 'There's no warranty'. Goes to show that the staff is incompetent about the product and service privided by Nike.

Salesgirl was very helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes! Took me quite a while to decide but she wasn't pushy about it and let me take my time. Left as a satisfied customer with a new pair of running shoes!

Terrible and slow service. In this day and age, sales staff needs to shuttle back n forth to keep checking for size/colour availability, so much wasted time!!? Super bad experience and pity the sales staff for such poor operations mechanisms!

Around 5 pm, I bought two pairs of Nike shoes from Suntech Nike. However, I ran into some issues while looking at the shoes and trying them on. 1. When I first entered, I went to sit on a stool and try on shoes. The purpose of the display is to let customers to try different shoes and feel the comfort of wearing them. However, when I called the store clerk, their attitude was terrible and rude. I'm interested in two pairs of green and blue Air Force. A store clerk gave me the wrong size to try on. I don't know why the clerks glared at me when I reminded him that’s the wrong size. Moreover, these two clerks simply despise on customers. As a tourist, I come here to shop to make myself happy rather than to affect my mood. Sun Tech's Nike should know that when customers' emotions are affected, they will lose the desire to buy and shop. 2. I hope the store can improve the service attitude of the clerk, because I consume a lot of things in Singapore. This was the first time I felt so uncomfortable and my mood was directly affected. 3. I will continue to travel and shop in Singapore, but I will not go to this Nike store again. Moreover , the staff can has their own unique style and attitude, which I understand, but they don't just despise and glare at customers. I am very disappointed with this issue and hope your company can take it seriously and resolve it properly as soon as possible so all of us can relax and enjoy shopping. Thanks.

The staffs here are so bad. I asked to try on a pair of men shoes in size 9, and the staff gave me a pair of women’s size 9. I let him know he gave me the wrong pair but he insists he is correct. I even showed him the sizes in cm to let him know that’s a women’s pair and not men’s. Staff attitude is terrible and will not shop here again.
