Just tried out the Ogawa Genix 2.0 at Suntec. We were welcomed by Faizal who was very professional with his introduction of the chair.
Pleasantly surprised by the functionality because we were looking for a single sofa with recliner function. This one was compact yet comfortable enough, hitting all the right meridian points!

Walked into Ogawa Suntec branch with d intention to check out a massage chair that I was eyeing cos I tried at my brother’s place n it was really good.
Was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by Clarence Chan who went out of his way to explain to d 3 of us d differences between d 4 chairs that we were interested in. Bcos of his super good nature n really patience personality he managed to persuade us to get d top of d range massage chair instead! Super hard to find such a nice pleasant young chap who knows his product well n is consistently serving us with a smile.
