I had such a great experience at picture me. The final photos looked clean, professional, and beautifully enhanced without ever feeling overdone. They paid close attention to details and really brought out the best in each image. I’m impressed with how natural and polished everything turned out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality photo editing that still feels authentic and elegant!

I had a similar experience to Jay (read reviewed 5 months ago). I have been going to Picture Me since 2019 as they did a good job before. But recently as I walked in, it was crowded although there seemed to be more staff than customers. The staff appeared to be too busy to even look at me until finally someone acknowleged my presence. When it came to the photo shoot it was done professionally. Soon after, I was asked to chose the best shot and I did. But here's where things break down. They never asked me anything on how I want the edits/touchups to be done. A lady just showed me the final touched up version after 15 mins and upon looking at the photo, I realized they made me look a lot younger. Too young with no wrinkles etc. I said this looks fake and asked why no one consulted me before doing the final touches. No response to that fyi. Anyways, they ended up redoing it but you could tell they weren't too happy. I was like the "inconvenient" customer who dared to actually express a negative opinion. But its all ok. There are tons of photo studios in Singapore so rest assured: I'm not going back to this one!

I had a good experience here a few years ago, so I came back after a long time. But it was a huge disappointment. The staff showed little care and gave dismissive answers. My young child wasn’t sitting straight, but they took the photo anyway without adjusting. Edited versions had issues—under the nose looked unnaturally white or the nose disappeared. In the final set, one of the 8 photos was poorly cropped with uneven sides and the wrong size. They said it was fine. I was speechless and just left. It was a very unpleasant experience. I won’t be coming back.

Vivi, the make up artist has been very professional & patient in perfecting the our makeover look. Marco, the photographer, is also very quick & able to make you feel at ease. Eve, the receptionist & editor is very professional & patient. She tried her best to edit my photo naturally according to my request patiently.
