The only thing good about this place is the view of the fountain. Food is expensive and portion is not worth its price. Taste however is adequate and edible. Service is good too. Just no value to dine here.

Just when we thought fried chicken cannot go wrong, Pocha Suntec has shown us otherwise. The fried chicken is so horribly dry and tasteless. When we feedback to the manager on shift, we were told that “oh but we just follow the recipe leh”. No remorse & accountability of the horrible service & food served. Also, the tteobokki was served hard, kimchi soup taste like instant soup.
We have visited Pocha @ JEM twice before and the food was never this bad. This will be our first & last time here. Highly DON’T recommend anyone to visit this outlet.

Don’t ever come to this restaurant. The service was so bad or practically no service at all! We have paid extra $2/- each for free flow of Drinks and Ice Creams when approach the female Supervisor to Topup the other flavours as most of them were empty. Instead of refilling she straightaway said no more and said is free flow? Most of them not helpful and I told her this will be my first and last to patronise this restaurant.

Ordered the Chingu set. The menu was the only awesome thing which gives a lot of choices and photos look appetizing. But in for a rude shock when 1. Tteokboki is not at all yummy 2. Seafood pancake was badly burnt on one side 3. Fried chicken spicy ramyeon was VERY spicy with no customization option and again, burnt, with a piece of burnt sunny side up 4. Cheese and bacon ramyeon, burnt. See the photo for the black specks which normally surface in black woks.
Top things up, I queued for 3 mins while the lady at the counter continued cleaning her cups. N when I was at the last mouth of my food, one lady came to just take my plate without even asking if she can clear.
Never coming back again.

Went on a Friday evening. About 80% full.
Ordered Doenjang jjijae, Budae jjijae, boneless chicken
Food: nice and flavourful, a little salty though. Kimchi is free flow. Pay two dollars per pax and you get free flow drinks and ice-cream too!
Service: nice service. Staff were pleasant and on the ball.
Atmosphere: good! Tables not too closed.
Will I go back again? Yes.

Kitty and I were at Suntec City, grabbing a quick lunch before a movie, and stumbled upon Pocha! Korean Street Dining. They had a fantastic lunch set deal for only $9.90 each, including free flow kimchi, soup, and drinks, and we couldn't resist.
We ordered two STC K-Lunch Sets. one with Jjapagetti and the other with Chicken Gochujang Ramen. Both dishes were delicious. The Jjapagetti was rich andsavouryy, and the Chicken Gochujang Ramen was spicy and comforting. The portion sizes were perfect for lunch, and the free flow kimchi and soup was a really nice addition. Everything was fresh and flavorful.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was lively but not overly noisy. The total bill came to $28.54, representing amazing value (especially with a ShopBack reward). We would recommend Pocha for a delicious and budget friendly Korean lunch at Suntec City. If you're in the area, you should definitely check it out.

Went for their $10 daily Korean food deals and tried the Jjajangmyeon and Stir-fried Octopus — both were solid. The black bean noodles were super satisfying, and the octopus had a nice chewy bite with just the right amount of heat.
