Food was yummy. Pork Bone Spicy Noodles was amazing. Even though it was not big bone noodles, meat that came with it was already pretty generous. Noodles was nice and chewy.
The pork jowl rice soup set came with this sauce with anchovies or something - which paired pretty well with the pork jowl.
Overall a very good and happy dinner! Oh, and the free flow self-serve barley tea was the best. Come early as well as the queue can get really long.

Overall food are nice and feeling like local Korean also. Tried the pork bone and dumpling, very big portion and delicious! Only comment the noodle seems overcook but still acceptable. Price reasonable and suitable to have gathering at night time without crowd!

After returning from a recent vacation in Korea, I was excited to relive some of the culinary memories I had there. I decided to try this Korean noodle restaurant located in Suntec City, and I must say, it does a decent job of bringing back that authentic Korean flavorâat least in some aspects.
The cold noodles were definitely the highlight. Served with a refreshing, tangy broth, enhanced by vinegar and mustard, they tasted just like what I had in Koreaâcool, sharp, and perfect for a hot day. The beef noodles were also satisfying, with tender slices of meat and a comforting broth. However, I found them lacking in spice. If youâre looking for that fiery Korean kick, you might be a bit underwhelmed.
Price-wise, the noodles are on the expensive side, especially given the casual dining setup. In contrast, the mandu (Korean dumplings) were generously sized and reasonably priced, making them good value for money.
Unfortunately, the dining environment left much to be desired. We were seated outdoors, and despite the presence of fans, it was still uncomfortably warm. To make matters worse, there was a low-quality speaker playing music that disrupted the overall atmosphere instead of enhancing it.
Service was another downside. Our order was missed, and we only found out after waiting nearly 30 minutes. While the staff were apologetic, this delay affected the entire dining experience.

The founders origin set the stage of expectation for me! Being a serial fanatic for Korean cuisines and culture, Iâve been wanting to try it but was a little afraid of being let down..
Having just got back from Seoul, we wanted to reminisce so - Tuesday 6 May x 5:15pm.
Service : 1/5
Severely lacking, nothing like Seoul. The faces were all solemn and we werenât offered water..I didnât ask and found out by overhearing from the next table that we had to get it ourselves outside (outdoor area) - hmm service charge ..?
Albeit, in South Korea not every establishments are at all smiles but there is 1 distinct fundamental - Passion to feed. This very passion placed the pride of Korean food on the world stage. The pride of Korean cuisine is also shown in the generosity of ingredients & their awesome banchans (which is lacking here).
Taste : 2/5
Portion : 1/5 for the sides
Food was visually appealing, tasted otherwise sadly. đ
Perilla noodles : 1/5
Portion is good but sadly it was bland, absolutely no sweetness from the base broth (traditionally kelp & anchovies). It was just a singular note of dull nuttiness from the perilla seed powder.
Spicy squid pork bulgogi : 2/5
Portion is good. Somewhat the saving grace which was why I rate it a 2/5. The squid was superbly done thank you. The server took my request and conveyed it to the chef to reduce the spiciness - reason why service was rated a 1/5 instead of 0/5.
Kimchi Mandu : 2/5
Good ratio of fillings but it was under-seasoned.
Banchan : 1/5
Tasted pretty good yes.. but hey portion wise is a little lacking..
The atmosphere is alright, music werenât too loud can chat comfortably and the temperature indoors were cool. Cleanliness though..needs work, the tables were sticky and had bits of leftover food at the corners.
Conclusion : Disappointed. I wonât be returning, with this price point there are better tasting Korean restaurants to indulge. Side note.. imho Service is 70% success, even if the food is lacking in taste, customers will continue to support you for that so I do hope youâll look into this and I wish you all the best!đ«¶đ»

First time here and there were abundant of seat including those outside seat. It was quite nice to be seat outside with the giant ceiling fan. I tried the beef rib noodle soup which was very fresh but the soup would be even nicer if hotter. Will be back to other dishes.

Portion is big. Esp the spicy pork soup. One big pig spine in your bowl.
I personally like the cold noodle as my fave. Itâs cold and long and you can use the scissors to cut it off. Then you pour more mustard on the cold meat and dump the kimchi together. Nubbad combi.
The other two soup ones comes with a surprise half a bowl of rice. For you to add after you slurped up all the noodle and the bone. I thot the rice is somebody eat halfway cuz itâs like half thru the bowl, then not the usual like one rounded shape, just piak liddat so I thot is ppl eat halfway. But its decorated like that and part of the whole. They garnished it with some rice condiments, and the rice is actually quite nice I like. They gave one glove (not a pair, one âïž) for you to hold the spine and eat like the caveman you already are.
Overall the soupy ones the portion too big (maybe cuz aging milennial canât eat as much like last tiem). So good to share.
Enjoy my pics of sunset and gaga concert cuz I want to get the free dumpling

Overall experience was just average tbh.
The pork bone noodle was much of a hassle as we have to tear off the meat ourselves using gloves and ended up there isn't much meat, mostly big bone but you can get some bone marrow from it. Tasted quite average too.
The cold noodles did not have any crushed ice thus it became room temperature quite shortly after. Also the usual taste but nothing to shout out.
The seafood pancake was really small but at least the taste was good, quite similar to our oyster omelette locally. Overall for the price i think it would be a miss or a one time try restaurant.

The chicken was not cooked thoroughly, as seen in the first picture which was taken after we had washed the sauce off these chunks. This was from the dish that had chicken with cheese on a hotplate. A staff member we asked confirmed that the chicken chunks were cooked before being placed on the hotplate. Just to be clear, the other chicken chunks we ate were cooked properly - there were however a few chunks that were not quite.
The noodles that we ordered were delicious though. We had the half chicken noodles, the cold noodles, and the spicy beef broth noodles, all of which satisfied our craving for Korean soup noodles!

The service at this restaurant is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The food is authentically Korean, delivering rich and traditional flavors that truly capture the essence of Korean cuisine. Portions are generous, making it great for sharing or satisfying a big appetite. Although the restaurant is small, the staff works efficiently to clear tables and serve customers promptly, ensuring a smooth flow even during busy hours. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with high-quality food and great service, makes this place a fantastic dining choice. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Korean food. đđđ

Foods were average. They will come with complimentary vegan side dishes (radish and kimchi) and rice. Best thing in the restaurant is the complimentary barley tea customers could take themselves. Many local restaurants have stopped serving free drinks but they still keep this practice. Thank you.
As for service, there can be improvement. There were only a few serving staff. They might be too busy to offer any smiles or a few words like âthank youâ, âyouâre welcomeâ, etc.
Ordering was easy. Scan the QR code and just order online. Payments are then made at cashier before leaving.
