Terrible service. Brought my bag and a pair of shoes there for repair. The man there took a quick look at the shoes and told me to might as well buy a new pair since one sole is slightly broken. Then he just went on to work on something else, completely ignoring me until I asked him about my bag. He took a cursory look at the damaged part of my bag and said it is a “gone case” and went back to working on something else.
I went to the Shukey at Lucky Plaza afterwards and my experience there was so different. The staff took time to explain how they would fix my bag and shoes, and how much everything would cost. From there, I was then able to make a better informed decision about whether to proceed with repairs or purchase a new bag or new pair of shoes. That’s what professionalism at work looks like.
