Do not get confused by the No. 3 address. It is actually located at TOWER 2 ! Lucky my son is alert and saw the Singapore Pool sign !! Otherwise I’ll walk round n round figuring where is It located. Behind HANS restaurant

Unexpectedly not friendly staff. They are usually lovely. I got after the closing bets time (toto on a Tuesday) and I almost have to beg the woman at the counter to take my bet for the following Thursday

Lady with the dark colored spectacle, visited this outlet during her shift at around 3pm+, on the 21 July 2025. Very bad and poor attitude, i bought 2 x system 7, gave her a $10note and $4 (consisting of 2x $1coin and 4x$0.50 coins). She threw my coins on the counter. If she is so unhappy working there, please resign. I hope SG pools take action & educate her. No 1 owes her a living. Customers want to huat big big but see her sick filthy attitude also become sway (bad luck).

The ladies are so polite, friendly and courteous and even remember you when they see you other than the outlet area. Kudos to them for making peoples' days.
