A major letdown. For something created by a master chef finalist and sold at a premium price, we expected delicious fish soup. Instead, what we got was no better than your average coffee shop dish. It didn’t even come close to popular fish soup chains at typical food courts. The soup was bland. Fish portion was small, despite costing over $10. And it was not remotely filling. Very stingy portion as many reviewers had pointed out. To make matter worse, the seats were uncomfortable and table too shallow. It left us questioning the credibility behind the master chef finalist title.

Love the soup, seafood is fresh, and yummy japanese rice. Cost $15 for signature seafood soup with rice. The wait will be long during peak hours.

This is hands down the best fish soup I’ve ever had. The broth is rich in flavour yet light enough that you can enjoy every drop, with a natural sweetness that shows how fresh the ingredients are. The fish slices are always tender and perfectly cooked, adding to the comforting, wholesome taste of the soup. What impresses me most is the consistency — every visit delivers the same high standard, which is rare to find these days. It has quickly become my favourite spot whenever I’m craving a hearty, satisfying, and delicious meal. Highly recommended to anyone who loves a good bowl of fish soup.

The sliced fish soup was delicious, light, and full of flavor. I paired it with Japanese rice and furikake, which worked perfectly. Just keep in mind they start taking orders only at 11:30 on weekends.

Love the soup, the taste has always been consistent! However, it’s disappointing that the amount of fish they serve now is now much lesser than it was when they first open.

Awesome fish soup — flavourful and satisfying without any MSG. I’ve been coming here since it first opened, and it has never disappointed me. The online ordering system makes the wait so much shorter and easier to manage. Perfect for those days when I’m on OT or working through lunch — I just love it.

The fish soup is awesome, the soup is really tasty and sliced fish tender. Limited seats and stall open quite late close to 1130 compared to other food options in the same mall. Must be prepared to wait.

Last two visits seems like the soup is getting watered down and less collagen-thick-ish. ----------------------------------------- Always super long queue during lunch hours, eating area is very small and tight...nonetheless on one day around 1.10pm, no queue and got seats. It turn out to be quite good and less expensive as first thought. The cheapest bowl starts at $7.50 + S$1 rice and quite good portion for the price. They have other higher quality fish and seafood options which will try next time. Good amount of veg and soup broth is quite savory. Will definitely eat again so as long as no queue, or long queue.
