Writing this review because im a sucker for good service and the service here is great! The staff are very friendly taking the orders and sound energetic despite the peak hour with many people. They serve the drinks with a smile too. One of the starbucks with better service :)

Located on the second floor inside Tower , it boasts the nice view of the Suntec City Fountain of Wealth. Ordered the dark mocha Frappuccino 50% less sweet, the counter staff nodded at my request but ultimately my drink was still too sweet then she hesitantly allowed my sister to exchange the collectible mug because the box got grease stain. Looking at my receipt it was never noted about my request for my drink to be 50% less sweet.

The service is extremely terrible. I am so furious. I had already paid the cashier for my drink and the cashier still asked me for money. When i told him that i had already paid, he said that I didn’t and started scolding me. like hello? Is ur memory that bad? It hadn’t even been 3 minutes before I paid and he was already accusing me of not paying. He then proceeded to scream at me and told me that he would charge me extra if I did not pay. After that, he told me to go take a seat as they checked the cctv. After they found out that I paid, they just gave me my drink and didn’t even apologize. Not only that,he rolled his eyes when passing me the drink.

Located at L2 of Suntec, a short distance from the Promenade MRT exit. My first time here. The staff I encountered was neither that polite or rude, okay lah. They got my drink (Iced Grande Earl Grey with Pomegranate Pearls) correct, so that's already good. Am loving this store for its spacious, spacious roominess and there are still plenty of seats despite it being peak hour of 6.13pm now. Shot of the wooden bench table with many belongings of mine - love how I can prop my feet of my short legs on the bottom rung of the chair - and not hanging bereft, feeling weird. Love it, love it! 😍😍😍 Really can see the Fountain of Wealth from here! One of the best Starbucks I have been to in Singapore in terms of having plenty of available seats and interior design!

argh i hate that there are SO MANY students or just humans seating there with 1 empty cup infront of them. i’m just a genuine customer who wants to sit and have 1 drink
