My usual go-to for kaiten sushi as they have their usual sushi and sides (recommend the energy boost sushi, sweet potatoes, aburi cheese salmon sushi) and their interesting collaborations (such as Monster Hunter, Street Fighter, Genshin Impact, hope they do one for Chiikawa).
The service is also great as they greet you when you enter or when getting the bill. The food was also served relatively fast and at the right temperature.
Ambience-wise is typical of a kaiten sushi though it sometimes depend on other customers not making too much noises.

The queueing, and seat allocation is completely computerized. You take a no, wait for the no to be called, then scan your paper and it will tell you which table you are assigned to. Very fast and efficient. But itās always long queue here during weekend. You will have to wait at least 30-45 mins. So do plan early or just get a number and go for your shopping first.
Food is great as usual

Frequent visitor of sushiro however this is the first time rating it. A pro tip is to queue online first and when they call your number you should check in at the machine at the front, if not it would be voided
The triple shrimp was a special discount with it only being $2.90. The mentaiko taste was strong and profound, with a right balance between sweet and savoury.
Salmon with onion was fresh and juicy with a generous slice of salmon.
Galbi beef is big in portion and was juicy and tender as well.
The eel sushi was a little dry, but can easily be fixed with the soy sauce.
Would recommend getting the basil, mentaiko or cheese shrimps/salmon, galbi beef, salmon sashimi or sushi.
There is free flow cold water and dining time is 1 hour.

By far the worst sushiro experience. It was pretty empty when I went around 2.40pm last week. Here's my experience:
1. It was disappointing that there was NO sushi on the conveyor belt.
2. Sushi was of terrible quality: The rice of the sushi kept falling apart as I tried to pick them up with the chopsticks. The amount of rice was laughable too.
3. Took some photos of the eggplant sushi I had.
- 1st photo: when it was served.
- 2nd photo: when I removed the eggplant and to my shock, the rice was less than 1cm in height (it's not very obvious in the photo, by yea, it was super flat). Had to eat the rice and eggplant separately. Had to eat the rice and the rice separately too 𤣠Pathetic.
- The (drop of) sauce (dressing?) on top of the eggplant was supposed to cover at least 3/4 of the eggplant according to the menu, it was sooooo little.
4. And this costs $2.30++? Even Sushi Express does better than this.
5. Definitely won't be coming back.
Disclaimer: Sushiro at Lot One is good though, service there is good as well. Plenty of staff walking around and helping you, waiting time is short (for staff and entering the restaurant).
Don't let this review deter you from eating at Sushiro, Just let it deter you from eating at THIS Sushiro at Suntec lol

Sushiro is one of my favourite place for sushi. This place is always packed and always with a queue. We came during a weekend dinner so I am assuming the queue is even worse. Regardless, the system truly worked well. You take a number and you can see on the screen when your number is called. Not to worry, if you miss your number you can still head to the counter instead of having to join the back of the queue again. Once your number is called, we head to the counter to scan our barcode and was given another piece of paper with our table number.
At the sushi belt counter, we placed some orders on the iPad provided. We found that some dishes though we couldnāt order, did eventually come out on the sushi belt. It was the salmon season and hence we were happily ordering a variety of different salmon sushi. The sushi that we order comes onto a separate belt so remember to look up at the higher tier belt for your orders.

We went on a Sunday night.
There were many lines and we waited about an hour. The best time to visit is after lunch time, around 2pm.
I recommend the chawanmushi because it is very tasty. š.
I hope there will be a brunch on telok ayer street which is easy for me to visit.

Sushi chain that offers quick serve sushis on a conveyor belt. You can also order other menu items through their tablet.
Sushiro keeps it fresh by offering new items depending on seasonal ingredients every few months or so.
Itās largely self serve, you only call for the staff when you want the bill. Staff are friendly and responsive.
Sashimi is delicious and affordable. Convenient with several locations - i12 Katong, Shaw Center, Suntec etc
I suggest using the Sushiro app to make a reservation, walk in can be quite a wait during peak hours

Worth the long wait. The sushiās are awesome. Especially the special uni one. Try it before the season is over.

Itās my first time in many years eating Sushiro, after having bad experiences years ago with other outlets. This visit exceeded my expectations. The sushis were mostly fresh and tasty, save for the torigai sushi which we ordered for novelty, which didnāt have much taste.
We also didnāt like the normal engawa which didnāt have much taste, easily overpowered by the leaf it was served with. If (like me) you are a fan of the genki sushi engawa, remember to get the āaburi soy sauce engawaā instead of the normal one - itās closer in taste, with the fish oil oozing when u chew it.
Another downside is that the green tea is served in paper cups, and have to be refilled by walking to a central location yourself.
While Iāve been focusing on the downsides, everything else is a delight (especially bearing in mind the price, which is more competitive than genkiās) and Iāll definitely be back again.
