I had a wonderful experience at Swarovski Suntec, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Store Manager Yen Qi. I brought in a bracelet that needed some repair, and she assisted me with such kindness and professionalism. Yen Qi took the time to understand the issue and handled it with care, ensuring the piece was restored beautifully. Iām truly impressed by the after-sales service here ā it's not just about making a sale, but about building lasting relationships with customers. Thank you, Yen Qi, for going above and beyond. I left the store with my bracelet looking as good as new, and a smile on my face!

I was planning to buy 2 gifts for my partner and needed some help which was provided by Yen Qi and Ida and I need to thank as i was finding specific designs that were still new as well and my partner loved them a lot alongside the way that they(Yen Qi and Ida) beautifully tied the gifts with ribbons

I had a wonderful shopping experience on 15 Sep Fri evening down at Swarovski Suntec. And weāre served by the awesome team of Yen Qi and Ida. Their actions left an excellent impression of their customer service on me. First, the Teddy Bear necklace that I was keen on was out of stock in their branch but they were able to secure one at Raffles City and Ida promptly made her way from Suntec to Raffles City to pick it up and bring it to the store for me to view and purchase. Second Yen Qi had reminded me to scan my receipts to be able to enjoy the Suntec points for voucher redemption noting that itās my birthday month and I can redeem twice the points. Third Ida made an effort to explain to me the significance of the 3 Swarovski necklaces that Iāve bought and how I can position them to the receivers of the gift. These actions made you feel valued as a customer and I must praise them for such such pleasant customer service experience.

Two stars because when I first brought my earrings in February the staff were very nice and patient. Went back to the store on 9 Mar because I have issues with my earrings and the staff there were so so condescending⦠seems like they will only be nice to customers who seems like they will buy
