I'm a fan of this brand specially because this brand is against animal cruelty. I have been using their products for year and this shop is well placed in this mall.

Shout-out to Ms Lya for serving us. She was very welcoming, very friendly and very knowledgeable too. Told her about my skin problem and she knows what products to let me try. She even gave me samples before letting me buy just incase the products doesnt suit my face. We were quite amazed too that body shop sells edp parfum. Ms Lya convinced explain to us about certain products that make us want to try it out. My husband and I are willing to just come to this outlet just because of Ms Lya service. Thank you Ms Lya 😊

I had a fantastic experience at the Suntec City Body Shop, thanks to the wonderful staff Demilya. She is incredibly friendly, offered helpful and personalized advice, and gave excellent product recommendations. Her initiative in recommending eye lotion was much appreciated. I'll definitely be back!

Rude staff especially the malay pregnant lady. When customer took an item to look at and placed back on the shelf, this staff will immediately rearrange the item in front of you. For every item. She looks at customers like we can't afford Body Shop. No greetings when we come in and treats us with contempt.

Karen is the store manager, and she is very horrible with her customer service skills. Extremely rude and bad attitude and she even mock at her customers. Terrible. Will never recommend anyone to come here.

Please change your opening hours if you dont open till 10pm please update and not cause people to drive all the way down paid parking and then find it closed when it is only 9.30pm!

Stated on google that it closes at 10pm. Sign on the shop says it closes at 9.30pm. Arrived at 9.20pm but the staff says it's closed. Disappointing.
