Booking on the Vimo app was easy and the drivers(both ways ) arrived early. The driver details were sent one day before the trip. It was a pleasant experience, pleasant and polite drivers. I did not have to deal with customer service at all. Everything was in the app, including chat with the driver. I booked the wheelchair transport and it was way more affordable than medical transport. Highly recommended.

Same issue as what previous people mentioned. Customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a way to speak to customers and this company does not quite have that skillset trained.
