Massive scam and poor rates. Tried to change 1sgd to 20000 dong when other exchanges were offering 20470 at the time of writing

Rude staff. I didn’t notice the inconspicuously placed no photography sign and took a photo to show my friend the exchange rate so he could decide if he wants to change. Staff instructed me to delete my photo which I complied. He then rudely told me “not to do such things” insinuating that I did it deliberately. Will no longer patronise no matter how good the rate is

Two stars because when I first brought my earrings in February the staff were very nice and patient. Went back to the store on 9 Mar because I have issues with my earrings and the staff there were so so condescending… seems like they will only be nice to customers who seems like they will buy

I did last min bday shopping and the staff here is so helpfu,patience with me and my wife the staffs are yan xin, ida, yenqi was super friendly as it is my first time buying swarovski. They explain the products on detail.

I had a wonderful shopping experience on 15 Sep Fri evening down at Swarovski Suntec. And we’re served by the awesome team of Yen Qi and Ida. Their actions left an excellent impression of their customer service on me. First, the Teddy Bear necklace that I was keen on was out of stock in their branch but they were able to secure one at Raffles City and Ida promptly made her way from Suntec to Raffles City to pick it up and bring it to the store for me to view and purchase. Second Yen Qi had reminded me to scan my receipts to be able to enjoy the Suntec points for voucher redemption noting that it’s my birthday month and I can redeem twice the points. Third Ida made an effort to explain to me the significance of the 3 Swarovski necklaces that I’ve bought and how I can position them to the receivers of the gift. These actions made you feel valued as a customer and I must praise them for such such pleasant customer service experience.

I was planning to buy 2 gifts for my partner and needed some help which was provided by Yen Qi and Ida and I need to thank as i was finding specific designs that were still new as well and my partner loved them a lot alongside the way that they(Yen Qi and Ida) beautifully tied the gifts with ribbons

I called the Swarovski Suntec branch asking if they had any suitable gifts for my daughter’s music teacher. John answered the phone and WhatsApp me pictures of some possible choices. Wonderful and efficient service when I dropped by the stall.
