Only on staff around on. Sunday and super unfriendly when asked to offer customer service. It is not the customers fault when regular products that don't require a subscription are behind the pharmacy counter that is unmanned. To make things nicer I was asked to queue again despite the fact that I queued already to get access to the product. Until that person works their I suggest to go to a different branch.

Waste of time. Needed to get stuff from the pharmacist but they were absent. The sign said to approach the other staff for help. But when I waited and finally spoke to someone, they just said they can't help without the pharmacist. Just TELL CUSTOMERS OUTRIGHT instead of wasting our time with your false signs.

Removing 4 stars. I went all the way to Raffles City Guardian. Only for the pharmacist there to say he has no stock. I was incredulous. AJ told he Raffles City got 6. Whats going on???? I was there standing and coughing and left disappointed. He told me to go Paragon or Mt E branches. What are the odds I'll be disappointed there as well? The pharmacist didn't look empathetic of my situation. In fact he himself seemed over worked and coughing. These 4 stars are lost bcos of the management failure to take care or train your staff or build a robust inventory system. ------- AJ the pharmacist is super helpful. Went extra mile to check stock in nearby guardian and even alerted me their pharmacists hours and checked it for me. Thanks AJ!

I visited this store in Suntec City on the 17th April 2025, I enquired if they had any safety pins in store, I also got a photo up on my phone to show the staff member to clarify what I was looking for to be shouted 5 times in successions NO, NO, NO, NO, NO in my face very loudly, the young brown haired woman was extremely angry. It was shocking, I have never had such terrible customer service, I felt uncomfortable and left the shop immediately. I can’t even blame the translation as I showed the photo and was very polite. I can see other poor reviews from this shop, disappointing that changes haven’t been made.
