I was previously from another FA company and the guidance provided there cannot compare to here. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful, and are happy to see you succeed. The culture here is not that of employer-and-employees, but rather like that of a family: if a family member is in trouble, the rest will come to help you out even if they might not necessarily have any monetary gain from helping you.
