it is 1 star because the technician earned it.
sent 2 Nixon watches for repair in early Jan 2017 at ION outlet. apparently the vendor repairing the watches is Arista.
the good; technician called and advised on the cost within the next 3 days. thereafter received SMS to collect 1 of the watches by the end of the week within the same week. cool!
the other watch though, was a different story. I went to the outlet to check, it's not there. called Arista only to be greeted by a hostile receptionist who commented "I'm SURE we told you the repair will take 6 to 8 weeks." why is she so SURE without asking, or is she even at the shop? I was then told to hold the line, which eventually went dead. thanks for the experience, Arista.
I called back again, with no greeting or nothing, I was immediately transferred to the technician. I shared my issue again and requested my watch to be sent back to the ION outlet.
then, 3 weeks have passed. no news nothing. so where is the SUREness assured that it's within 8 weeks?
buyers beware, buy Nixon watches at your own risk.

Bought Police Watch in March. Accidentally dropped the watch and the glass broken. Send the watch to the service ctr. After almost 3 weeks of confirmation n quotation of the glass cost, James called and said no stock for the glass n will return the watch. Dissapointing service. A watch not even 6 months old has no stock for the glass????

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY RECEPTIONIST, ANGELINE. I was given a number to call up for repair of my aigner watch. I felt really offended by how Angeline speak to me on the phone. She did not give proper greeting on the phone. I started telling the motive of my call, yet she did not advice me accordingly and she replied "then"? and followed by, " Wait, I do not know which brand you are talking about.", in a very unhappy tone.
Excuse me, Angeline what do you mean by then? I was given this number for the brand of aigner, do not assumed all the customers should be aware that you are handling other brand as well. It seems like she had a very bad day today and I'm not sure if she is like this the other days as well.
I then asked to speak to her superior, she claimed that she was the only one working in the office and she is the in charge and the only person to talk to is her. I was in a shocked when she told me she was the only one working for that department. Probably that is the reason why she seems like she can't be bothered at all as she is short handed and could not manage customer's inquiry. If she can't handle customer's inquiry then I guess she is not suitable for this job as a receptionist/customer service hotline.
The tone of her greeting, her reply to all my questions and the rudeness in her is absolutely atrocious! To be frank, this is the first and last time I'm buying aigner watch. She totally give a big disgrace to the brand and company.
My advice is, do not buy Aigner watch anymore. If you really like it, just pray to god that your watch has no problem after 2 years of warranty for the machanism problem. Otherwise, you will be in the same situation and encounter such event like me. I would be grateful if Arista could employ more staff and send the staff for customer service training as I do not wish other customer will have the same encounter like I had. Thank you.

Visit the service centre at 315pm today only to be told by the receptionist coldly that the guys were out for lunch. This was despite the warranty card indicates the service centre operates from 12pm to 830pm. There is no indication of any lunch break, unlike that of their Malaysia office. When I showed her the operating hours on the card, she impatiently and rudely replied that "people need to go for lunch right!!" and did not bother to offer any further assistance. It was frustrating for me to have made a waste trip but it is her (the receptionist) lack of professionalism that made me decide not to purchase the company's products in the future.

The reception was helpful and assisted me with a watch collection while the service desk guy was away for lunch between 3:00~4:00pm. I was disgusted at first when I learn that I have to wait for the service to finish his lunch during operational hours. No one would have thought so, since is not even reflected in website. I was grateful to pick up in time and had to rush off for another errand. The service location is kind of hard to find for the first timer, unless you are familiar with IMM vicinity. You will be greeted with a dimly lighted reception; real green foliage hug the full wall; sound of soft flow of water can be heard and modern single chair sofas sits on a thick carpet.
