had an unpleasant shopping experience at Cocoa Trees, Suntec City branch on 9th April 2023, staff here are simply unprofessional and require training to enhance their customer service quality.
I understand that it's quite common for friends of a staff to come support the business and to get some staff discount for their purchase. If your friend is unable to decide whether to take a deal or not, please get her to stand a side so that she can take her own sweet time to decide while you can clear the remaining customers who have already decided to pay for their items. You are hoarding the queue for your personal favour over business.
