picked up their Squid Game snack bundle out of curiosity — the dalgona candy and popcorn were interesting and tasty enough. The store layout is straightforward, and it’s easy to find what you want. Not a place I visit regularly, but nice to check out for themed items like this.

There are quite a few selections of chocolates in this shop like M&Ms, Ritter, Bounty, etc. Currently it has some ongoing promotions. If you don't mind the products with shorter expiry dates, then it is a good choice. It is also value for money. Visitors could also customize a gift box consists of 8-piece or 12-piece. Can choose the alphabets or combine it with some sleeves with phrases and emojis.

A one-stop shop for a wide range of chocolate and confectionery brands. Feels like a chocolate lover's haven. You will be spoiled for choice.

Excellent service. They went an extra mile to help slot the Ritter mini choc into the sleeves and even pack into boxes with my list of names. All 217 pcs of choc. Special shoutout to the Chinese sales guy and a Filipino guy. Didn’t manage to get their names though. Please convey my thanks to them. 👍👍

had an unpleasant shopping experience at Cocoa Trees, Suntec City branch on 9th April 2023, staff here are simply unprofessional and require training to enhance their customer service quality. I understand that it's quite common for friends of a staff to come support the business and to get some staff discount for their purchase. If your friend is unable to decide whether to take a deal or not, please get her to stand a side so that she can take her own sweet time to decide while you can clear the remaining customers who have already decided to pay for their items. You are hoarding the queue for your personal favour over business.
