Waited 35-40 mins for the food to be served. Food so-so only. Always see long queue but I think is the serving slow. Overall acceptable but not to our expectation.

Had the oyster blade, ribeye, pork collar, seafood fried rice and one soup. All were pretty nice. Fried rice was a bit too soggy for my preference but otherwise okay.

Food quality is superb, especially their grilled meats and kimchi pancake. Another plus is the member's prices for certain dishes which make them quite affordable. Service didn't quite match up though as they had insufficient serving staff. Refill of tea was self-service - another point not highlighted upfront to us till we asked.

Portion served was rather small. Seasoning used on the meats was mild and light, flavour appeared mostly from the sauces drizzled over. Missing the smoky bbq meat to hook diners. What we ate: smoked beef ribeye $32.90, spicy baby octopus $25.90, smoked pork combo (pork belly, pork collar & baby back ribs Gochujang) with kimchi Jjigae and seaweed rice $59. Free flow sides - kimchi, picked radish, tomatoes etc available at counter bar.

First time here. We had the smoked pork belly and spicy cheesy chicken. Both were delicious đ A very limited choices of side dishes.

The steam egg with cheese was really yummy. I had the sotbap. I chose that cos of the picture what came back didnât look like the pic. There was no veges on it and only 3 pieces of pork. Tasted ok.

The place is quite big so can take big groups. Food is not bad, banchan while not much selection the kimchi is spicy good. Ordered the bulgogi oyster blade beef and the spicy octopus which comes with a bowl of rice each (each main comes with rice). And each of us had the signature grape bom which is yummy not too sweet. Service is attentive.

From the moment you step in, youâre welcomed by a blazing LED flame wallâpaired with dynamic visuals of flambĂŠ shots and sizzling grillsâthat immediately sets the tone for a fiery dining experience. ⢠The interior balances modern industrial aesthetics with warm, cozy touches. Ambient lighting highlights the wooden tables and leather-padded booth seats, while spotlights shine on wall art featuring seared meats and flaming torches, creating a lively yet inviting atmosphere. ⢠We had the opportunity to try their brand new anniversary menu, rolled out in celebration of Bulgogi Syoâs 2nd year. ⢠The star of the show? The exclusive Heol Flaming Combo at $75. It features Angus Beef Ribeye with Gochujang Butter, White Kimchi Jjigae, and a Truffle Potato Pancakeâall new additions to the menu. ⢠The ribeye is undoubtedly the highlight, with a dramatic tableside torching using a massive flame torch that adds flair and excitement. ⢠The meat is finished with a decadent layer of gochujang butter and a flambĂŠ right before serving. ⢠While the marbling on the ribeye is beautiful and itâs perfectly charred, I personally found the gochujang butter a tad heavy, as it soaked through the meatâbut itâs still a flavorful, indulgent pairing. ⢠The White Kimchi Jjigae was a first for me. Unlike the traditional red-hot version, this one's non-spicy and has a slightly tangy, sauerkraut-like noteâgreat for those who can't handle heat. ⢠As for the Truffle Potato Pancake, it was fragrant, crisped to perfection, and had just the right thickness for a satisfying crunch in every bite. ⢠The set also comes with a choice of either Spicy Cheesy Chicken or Cheesy Gyeran Jjim, and to complete the experience, your pick of a Cocktail Tower or Mocktail Tower.

The exclusive menu Heol Flaming Combo is definitely a showstopper. Watching the Angus Beef Ribeye with Gochujang Butter get fire-blasted and flambĂŠed right in front of you is such a thrilling experience, and the beef is incredibly juicy and tender. The Spicy Cheesy Chicken pairs perfectly with melted cheese, giving you that perfect balance of heat and indulgence. The new dishes, like the White Kimchi Jjigae and Truffle Potato Pancake, are also a must-try. The kimchi jjigae has just the right tang, and the potato pancake is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a truffle twist. Plus, the cocktail Tower is the perfect way to cool down the heat from the spicy dishes.
