Food is slow, and staff Wilson was dishonest
The food here is average at best — you can easily find tastier Korean food elsewhere. This was our second visit, and unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as the first.
During our first visit, food delivery was slow — almost 30 minutes for each set. My friend even finished his meal before mine arrived, and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the next dish.
We decided to give the place another chance since it wasn’t crowded this time. To our dismay, the same thing happened again: I finished my set while my friend’s set and the pancake still hadn’t arrived. As we had another appointment, we requested for them to speed things up. They eventually brought my friend’s set but without the pancake. Even after my friend finished eating, the pancake still hadn’t arrived, so we asked to cancel it. They agreed to the cancellation, which we appreciated.
However, staff member Wilson seemed to hold a grudge — when we approached the counter, his expression was unfriendly. When we asked if we could use the Grab Dine-Out Tuesday promotion code, he said no and pointed to the regular Grab QR promotion code at the counter, insisting we could “only use this.” We found it strange, especially since we had seen the customer before us using the grab app. We decided to check the app ourselves and found that the code could indeed be applied.
This means Wilson had deliberately misled us. Such dishonesty speaks volumes about the integrity of the staff. With slow service and this unpleasant experience, we will never return.

Fried rice was a bit too soggy for my preference but otherwise okay.

Food quality is superb, especially their grilled meats and kimchi pancake. Another plus is the member's prices for certain dishes which make them quite affordable. Service didn't quite match up though as they had insufficient serving staff. Refill of tea was self-service - another point not highlighted upfront to us till we asked.

The place is quite big so can take big groups. Food is not bad, banchan while not much selection the kimchi is spicy good. Ordered the bulgogi oyster blade beef and the spicy octopus which comes with a bowl of rice each (each main comes with rice). And each of us had the signature grape bom which is yummy not too sweet. Service is attentive.
